Rather than selling private-label stock products, our R&D chemists develop custom formulations built specifically for your brand across skincare, haircare, body care, fragrance, men's grooming, and baby care.
We manufacture in an ISO 22716 and cGMP-certified, FDA-registered, solar-powered facility, supporting brands from first pilot runs to full production. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 2,500 units per product, which allows us to maintain efficiency, quality control, and consistent production at scale.
For new brands, pilot runs, or initial product launches, we can accommodate one-time smaller production runs on a case-by-case basis. This allows clients to test the market, validate demand, and prepare for larger-scale manufacturing.
MOQ may also vary depending on packaging, formulation complexity, and production requirements, and our team works closely with you to determine the best approach for your product.
Do you offer custom formulation or private label?+
AMR Labs specializes exclusively in custom cosmetic formulation and does not offer traditional private label products.
Our R&D team develops fully customized formulations tailored to your brand, target market, performance goals, and regulatory requirements. This includes everything from ingredient selection and texture optimization to stability testing and scale-up for manufacturing.
While some manufacturers rely on pre-made formulas, we focus on creating unique, production-ready products designed for long-term consistency, scalability, and brand differentiation.

How long does it take to develop and launch a product?+
Timelines can vary depending on the product type, formulation complexity, and packaging components, but most projects follow a structured development and production process.

Once your formulation is finalized and components are ready, production orders are typically completed within 8–10 weeks. During this stage, our team coordinates component delivery, filling, assembly, and final production planning to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
We prioritize realistic timelines and consistent execution, helping ensure your product performs reliably when it reaches the market.
Are your products cruelty-free and clean?+
Yes. We do not test on animals, and we offer paraben-free, sulfate-free, and clean formulation options. We can formulate to any clean list include Sephora Clean, Ulta Clean, and Credo Clean. Our facility is also solar-powered, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
