Custom fragrance formulation & manufacturing.
Create a scent experience with the formula, format, and production support to make it real. AMR Labs develops fine fragrance, body mist, hair mist, and scented personal care products for brands with a distinct point of view.

Fragrance that carries a brand beyond the first impression.

Fragrance is emotional, but the development process must be exact. The way a scent opens, dries down, projects, and performs in a finished product depends on more than a fragrance oil alone. Alcohol or water base, solubilization, color, clarity, compatibility, spray behavior, and package interaction all shape the experience your customer will receive.
We work with brands to define the product format before formulation details become expensive to change. You may be creating a signature fine fragrance, a more accessible body mist, a hair perfume, a scented lotion, or a layered fragrance collection. We can help translate your creative direction into a manufacturable brief that reflects the intended price tier, consumer, and channel.
From samples and testing through filling, assembly, and quality control, our team supports fragrance projects with the practical attention they require. The goal is a scent product that looks refined on shelf, performs consistently in use, and has the production path to meet a growing launch plan.
Every product type, custom to your brief.

Give the scent concept a production-ready point of view.
A successful fragrance brief connects a creative atmosphere to a concrete product format. Describing the intended wearer, setting, scent family, concentration, package moment, and price tier helps turn an abstract mood into a development path that can be evaluated. It also makes it easier to decide whether the launch should begin with fine fragrance, a body mist, a hair format, or a layered collection that allows customers to build their own ritual.
Our team helps surface the technical questions that can influence the finished expression of a scent: alcohol or water base, clarity, color, spray performance, package compatibility, component availability, and filling approach. Looking at those factors early protects the visual and sensory direction of the product while giving your operations plan a more dependable foundation.
For brands launching a fragrance program rather than a single bottle, we can structure the assortment around discovery, travel, gifting, and replenishment. That turns the core scent into a more flexible commercial platform without losing the specificity that makes it recognizable.
For fragrance, the final development review should consider the complete moment: what the customer sees, how the component feels in hand, the first spray, and the trail that remains. Matching those details helps a scent concept arrive with the polish expected of a premium personal-care launch.
Before production, every fragrances project is reviewed as a complete customer experience: formula, package, production plan, and retail presentation working together.
The formats we run.
Choose the texture and delivery system that best matches the routine, product story, and packaging direction you want to build. These formats can be adapted to the category needs outlined above.

What brands are asking us to formulate with.
A starting point, not a menu. Final selection follows your claims, target cost, packaging, and any retailer or channel standards you need to meet.
Formulation is the start, not the whole job.
Every formula we develop is built to survive stability, fill cleanly on our own lines, and pass the regulatory review of the market you're selling into.
Stability & compatibility
12-week accelerated testing against your actual component. AMR will prepare bulk to be sent to your preferred testing lab.
Micro & preservative challenge
AMR will prepare bulk for PET testing to confirm the preservation system holds in when organisms are added. Micro testing is automatically performed on every batch we produce.
Regulatory review
INCI, labeling, and MoCRA support for your selling market.
Clean-list compliance
We can formulate to Sephora, Ulta, Credo, or your retailer's list when your brand requires it.
Scale-up to production
Bench formulas built to behave the same at 2,500 or 250,000 units so quality isn't degrading as production quantities and sales both increase.
Fill & assembly in-house
The lab that wrote the formula runs the line that fills it. The chemist who worked on your formula oversees the first production batch
